Head of Product and Project Management (m/f/x)

You love challenges and embrace the ambiguity of project and product world in an agency. It is easy for you to provide orientation in our dynamic environment, to clearly state your position and to connect people.

What you will do:

• You lead a team both professionally and disciplinarily and ensure the constant professional development.
• You know the individual strengths of your colleagues and can staff them purposefully on the matching client projects.
• So as not to get rusty, you will also manage selected projects yourself.
• You navigate regularly on our strategic direction and operational excellence and derive measures that help us grow.

What we expect:

• 5 years of experience creating valuable product for end-users and business (preferably digital agency background)
• Proven track record in delivering impactful products and projects for end-users and business
• Communications, UX or technical background
• Analytical and conceptual skills, with an eye for the success critical
• Experience as a leader, with strong communication skills and decision-making ability
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
